This location to me is not up to par of the franchise Americas best has become. I went here today and ordered the grilled catfish and shrimp meal. Both items reached live they had been cooked this morning and just warmed up when i ordered. The catfish was a little hard and burned, the shrimp was burned hard and tasted old. I love americas best but this location i will definitely never visit again

Twice I have called in an order and specifically asked for extra crispy wings, only to get home and not only ate they not extra crispy they are the big steroid wings. When I called to complain I spoke to the manager who told me thats all the distributor had and if I bring it back he would re cook them. Mind you it was about 9:15 , they close at 10pm, and I live at least 3 miles from them. That why I gave them 1 star.

I go there almost every week or weekend. I’m in there so much that the mgr recognizes me. When the guy wanted to charge me for the 4th blue cheese because I get the wings all the time…well done…he told me but would be .25 extra…and the mgr said to give it to me. The steak sub is good. The only SMALL problem I had was my Oreo Cheesecake had mold on it that I discovered when I went home…I called the store and they told me to bring it back…the Red Velvet Cake is great!
