I was in the mood for Caribbean food and found this spot. I called in my order of the whole red snapper with rice and peas and cabbage. She said it would take about 30 minutes. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and was greeted. My food was ready, I paid and left. When I got home I dug in and the snapper was ok. I wasn’t feeling the carrots and onions in it. The rice and peas was good. The meal overall was ok.

I’ve been coming to daphnes for years! When I was pregnant with my son I literally got the jerk chicken 2-3 times a week. They closed around covid and I had no idea they opened back up. I was in the mood for jerk chicken and googled my options and when I saw daphnes was open again I got right up and got the jerk chicken and oxtail. It’s so good!! Literally best in town, hands down.
