Stopped in Sat. 12-18-21 for breakfast. As we entered we were immediately seated, along with our menu’s, our drinks came shortly thereafter, along w/ Chips & Salsa. I noticed the cleanliness of this restaurant and all appeared to be well organized. I ordered Huevos Rancheros and a Chorizo & Egg Taco, my wife went with the Fajita Plate from their lunch menu. Her plate consisted of Beef Fajitas, Charro Beans, Rice, Guacamole Salad, Sour Cream, Pico de Gallo & Flour Tortillas. My plate had Two Eggs topped w/Ranchero Sauce, Refied Beans, Hasbrown Potoes, Bacon, & Flour Tortillas. Our food came out hot, fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend Cafe Del Sol for anyone who wants a good meal.
