I ordered 2reuban sandwiches but asked that they wrap the bread and meat/cheese/sauerkraut separately so it didn’t get soggy for my mother in law. I picked up the container to take in her house and it felt pretty light so I looked in the container, the only thing in there was bread. I got charged full price for it though. I am pissed.

Everytime i go something is wrong. Not sure why i go back. Last time for me really. This time they forgot the cheddar on my beef snd cheddar.. also almost everytime the staff is miserable. At least they stopped fighting behind the counter like they used to. Skip this arbys and move on

The roaming trucker is here in Dubois Pa! And I am at the pilot truck stop. Haven’t been here in a few years, but I will say this. From the last time I was here till now, it is night and day. Years ago, this was a trash location, but this location has really stepped up. The parking lot still needs work, but the Arby’s is decent and very accommodating. Staff is friendly and keeps the place really clean.

The food is very good and never had to wait long to get the food. Drive thru is on the slower side. I would recommend going in. All the workers are friendly and polite. If you’re passing through, it is a great spot, and easy to get back onto the interstate.
