Got the protein roll. SOO good, especially if you like crab salad. I’m not a big rice guy, and so it was perhaps the best sushi I’ve had. Wasn’t too big of a fan on the sesame ponzu dipping sauce, so I stuck with the classic soy + wasabi. Imo, skip the teriyaki bento box (was very filling, but the sauce was on the sweeter side, w/o much salty/umami/acidic kick). Easly would come back to try their other sushi!!

Always love coming here. The special rolls are excellent, and very generous portions. The tempura lobster is a special treat, and you don’t really see it anywhere else. Both the wait staff and other employees are attentive and welcoming.

Yum! A nice treat when we are in the Santa Cruz area. The seafood is fresh and the service is excellent. We shared five sushis: Dragon Roll, Salmon Crunch Roll, Volcano Roll, Philadelphia and Albacore Delight. Each had their own uniqueness about them and the flavors and textures were great.

We have been here many times. This is one of 3 japanese food restaurants at Scott Valley if I am not mistaken. It has a sushi bar. This is a pretty famous restaurant in Scott Valley and I can see many regular customers. Sometimes, the owner works at the sushi bar. This place is good for a big group.

Came in during lunch hour on a Friday and was seated right away. Very pleasant and clean indoor seating areas. The sushi quality was excellent and the price point is great! They have some creative rolls as well as the classics. Very pleased with everything and will definitely be coming back!
