Jimbo’s tacos are different from California and Tex-Mex tacos. Unlike most fast food tacos, they are a little more oily and are topped with Parmesan cheese. Taken as themselves, separately, they’re very tasty. However they should drain the tortillas longer.

Love their original Tacos as well as their crunchy Tacos. All the food is prepared fresh as you order it. They have drive-thru and indoor seating. The place is spotless and the staff and cooks are top-notch. Good family place as well as just grabbing lunch or dinner to eat there or take out. Well worth checking out.
