My husband gave me a 70th birthday party and we used Happy’s Pizza of Farmington Hills. From ordering the food, to the food set up, everything was fantastic! Mark and Anthony worked together to make sure our order was what we wanted and needed. The food was delicious and the guests enjoyed all of it! We will definitely order from Happy’s again and again!

What happened? I’ve been happy with this location in the past, but today’s order was terrible. I ordered catfish and shrimp. I don’t know what I got, but it didn’t look or taste like catfish. Both the fish and shrimp tasted like old cooking oil. Sadly, I won’t be back.

*POOR ATTITUDE FROM MANAGER HIMSELF* Anyone can be your best customer or your worst (worst because they’ll never do business with you again or refer you any business either). Ordered online at 4:30pm and scheduled a specific 5:30pm pickup for my 2-lbs of chicken wings. Got there and wings weren’t even down yet. Excuse was the “online system never notifies us of online orders” from the manager. I was told 5-minutes and then ended up waiting 15 total. When I began to tell the manager if I put in an order an hour ahead at Jets Pizza it would be ready for my scheduled time and he started to argue with me instead of listen to my complaint. Let’s just say I won’t be going here again… (which could not have been the case if this was handled correctly). Not so “Happy” of a manger if you ask me #customerservice

The staff here is very rude!!! I called and asked for prices and the MANAGER hung up the phone. I went up to the store and asked why he hung up and he was very rude. As black person I do not feel comfortable going to this restaurant anymore!!

Although the pizza was good, it was VERY expensive, slightly warm and didn’t have the butter cheese crust. Crust was DRY. You would like that since the local was close to the place where I was staying, the found that took over an hour to get would’ve actually been warm. For over $30 for a small pizza & soda, no napkins, plates or cups. They KNOW you’re at a hotel and don’t have anything there. It’s just a courtesy. I would NOT order from here again. Not worth it.
