Spaghett-About It was amazing. Someone recommended this truck (they just moved to Hillsboro.) My family ordered just about the whole menu (bacon carbonara, lasagna, chicken parm, meatballs, breadsticks dessert) and it was all delicious. Kids immediately said we had to sign up for Doordash to get it delivered all the time. Owner was super kind and friendly as well. When people do things out of love it shows!

Had the pleasure of checking out this awesome cart. The pod location is fantastic, even on a cold day. The man working there was super friendly. I ordered the sausage and eggs and was blown away. Will definitely be returning to try more things.

This food cart is a hidden gem! I absolutely love Italian food and decided to try this place out at the food pavilion near my apartment. I set my expectations low as I always do when trying a new place, just to be safe, but I was blown away!! I got the chicken parm sandwich and ordered it “dirty” with pasta and sauce underneath and I ate every last bite! It was perfectly hot all the way through, the chicken was still juicy and the bread was substantial enough to keep it all together (which deserves three stars by itself). My boyfriend ordered the meatball sub and WOW!!! If you’re a FRIENDS fan, it’s about what I imagine Joey’s meatball sub to taste like (which is saying a lot!!!). We finished off our meal with some cannoli and they were absolutely delicious as well. As if it could get better, the customer service here is outstanding as well. The man working the window was so friendly and really seemed to love what he does. HIGHLY recommend this place!!! Better than some “fancy” Italian restaurants I’ve eaten at by far. 10/10 will be eating here again

Stumbled across this place and we are so glad we did. Community if food truck type service with tons of options. We decided on Spaghetti-about it. Delicious chicken parm and hubby said it was the best lasagna he’s had. Owner (?) Was warm and helpful.

I’ve had the chicken parmigiana and bacon carbonara. Both were amazing and delicious. It’s also the first time I’ve had tiramisu and it, too, has been wonderful each time I order.

I’ve been here a few times. I keep coming back. Why? Because it is definitely not the spaghetti I make at home and…. It comes with some tasty homemade meatballs. Yeah. That’s right. Homemade meatballs! And the sauce has like, a little kick to it or something. Not like a spicy hot kind of kick, but just a little extra something going on there with the flavor that I definitely enjoy. Super nice guy that owns the cart and enjoyable to chat with whenever I go there to place an order (vs delivery). He clearly cares about what he’s doing and deserves a shot. Its good comfort food!

Bread was fine. Salad was fine. But sauce on spaghetti and lasagna was SO SPICY it had my daughter in tears. She wasn’t just being dramatic because I had no interest in finishing my meal because of the spice. It’s one thing to order Thai and expect spice, but spaghetti?? It was not something we were prepared for and certainly not something I’ll eat again.

Tried the bacon carbonara today and it was absolutely amazing. Great garlic and parmesan sauce, noodles were perfect! Also not nearly as expensive as a sit down italian restaurant but same if not better quality food. I will definitely be back!
