It’s kind of a shame, because this place used to have tons of interesting pizzas by the slice, but the last few times I’ve gone there they only have two or three options (basically pepperoni, cheese, and one other one). Additionally, the staff used to be really friendly and engaging, but lately the new people who work there seem to be annoyed that I’m interrupting their day. Today, I arrived around 10:15 and while they are supposed to open at 10, there were no pizzas ready and the staff acted as if it was some kind of imposition that I wanted to have a few options.

Pizza was tasty and in large slices. Reminded me of New York style slices. Prices were very reasonable.

Best skyway pizza there is. Affordable, fast, delicious, big slices served hot.

Food is excellent. Service is okay. Still a favorite downtown food spot for me.

NYC style pizza by the slice that actually tastes authentic! One slice of plain cheese will prove me right, but it’s their amazing combo slices that seal the deal. You can’t go wrong. Simply the best pizza in MN – period.

Love this place, love the pizza and the variety of options (toppings only, there is only thin crust pizza here). The only *problem* is that the slices are so big that one is enough, but there is room for a slice of something different, right? 🙂 The soda fountain is Pepsi and they have Diet Dew, which is phenomenal, too! Also, if you ever happen to encounter the owner, then you are in for a treat, for he is quite the personality–very gregarious!

Out of all the Andrea Pizzas, this is my least favorite.. If you’re used to the one in Dinkytown, be prepared for Downtown price inflation at this location. This location also feels like a blast from the past with it’s 90s furnishings – more like it hasn’t been updated than it being intentional. All that aside, they still have the best pizza slice in town in my opinion. Huge New York style slices, fluffy crust and lots of really unique, delicious specialty flavors.

It seems lately the ingredients are going cheap and less of them. Mini pepperoni’s, cheese that does not cover the pizza and the sauce appeared to be non-existent. I am curious if the owner is aware because a current slice is not worth the buck anymore. Hopefully a fluke because this business used to serve awesome pizza.
