I had the best experience I’ve had in years, especially the last 2 years. I’ve dealt with rudeness and wrong orders and been upset but my recent visit was absolutely perfect. From the guy outside waiting for the truck to not just one but both windows actually had friendly, competent people. Lately you can tell the younger generation wither doesn’t want to work or just hates their job and aren’t friendly. I grew up in my mom’s store and learned at. Young age to always greet customers with a smile and helpful, friendly attitude. One they will remember and come back again. It’s just rare now a days. I’m proud of the current McDonald’s crew in Dayton. It was definitely a great visit

Over 40 minutes in drive through for a 40 piece 2 double cheeseburgers a mcchicken and fries, Unacceptable!!! My fries were cold and rubbery. I asked for extra cheese on my fish sandwich because you normally only get a half slice. They charged me over a dollar for extra cheese and I only had one full slice???? Shouldn’t extra be a whole slice in addition to the half slice? Especially when it was over a dollar??

Will not be returning to this location, ever! asked for unsalted fries due to low sodium diet, but was served overly salted lukewarm basket. Though salt was so heavy that there was a layer of it on the bottom of the basket, i was rudely and loudly informed that im too stupid to both taste and see the excessive salt. accordong to manangement, my fries were dropped fresh when i placed my no salt order, and she pretended not to see the clearly visible salt all over the fries, and continued arguing that the cold food was fresh. was not able to eat my food, and was not allowed a replacement of the improperly prepared food.

It’s an MC Donalds, like everywhere else in the US. The food is the same everywhere at MC Donalds. One good thing is that you know what to expect and you’re not surprised. The MC Donalds is right next to a petrol station with a shop.
