Went to BB’s on a whim in passing. The service was quick, food was fresh, and price was reasonable. It is a carry out only location so you can either order by phone or walk in and order but the ambiance is not dine in!

My husband and I travel out of town and stop at this wind place because it was near our hotel. The cashier had an attitude as if she want to be there. Her Customer service sucks. The cook used gloves neither of the ladies wore glove and was sneezing. Before praying over our food the burgers was a nice size but to much mayo & onions, and not seasoned. We couldn’t eat our burgers. The lemon pepper wings was flavorful and the fries was good ( the lady used utensil for the fries) the ranch was nasty.

It’s nasty the fried rice be kind of burnt, the honey lemon pepper wing are way to sticky and heavy. It’s like they just pour the honey on the wings or something (it taste like your just eating honey) . The mild wings are terrible taste like they just put hot sauce on them straight out the bottle. I can make better wings at home. They cost way to much to be that nasty. They deserve 2 star because at least the kitchen is clean.

Terrible customer service! I got the phone hung up on me midway placing a order. But being the Kind person I am I decided to look over it and come by anyway. I come in no greeting no nothing. I ask if a item is available and the young lady has a very nasty attitude. I just turned around and walked out. What did I expect from a wing place that’s attached to a gas station. And I’m sure if the gas station looks ran down, I can only imagine what the kitchen look like.
