I ordered online and the wait was 30mins for delivery. I proceed to wait 1hr total and to receive my pizza barely warm. The pizza is extremely sad looking and so are the breadsticks. Additionally, the pizza had little to no sauce. This is my second time ordering from this location and definitely my last.

Pizza was great, cheese sticks were good & the wings were the best. The marinara & blue cheese sauce was good aswell. Delivery was quick. Dominos needs the competition, pizza has been falling off a cliff for awhile. Side note; they did mistake buffalo for BBQ.

I gave this Pizza Hut the benefit of the doubt on more than one occasion. Initially, I thought the customer service issues and wait time for an order was because they just opened; however, after repeated attempts to order from this establishment, I will not be ordering from here again.

I love how easy it is to order in the app and how quickly my food has been delivered. Every time the food has been hot, and delivered on time or early. Yesterday our order was 9 minutes early. The delivery person has always been polite and considerate. Will definitely continue to order from this location. Do not listen to the disgruntled people who just love to give negative reviews. This is NEPA after all, so people are miserable by default. I am more than satisfied with every order I have placed since this location opened.

I only hope that the employees of this Pizza Hut in Kingston do not treat any other customers like they treated me ! “I had a terrible experience at this Pizza Hut Location on Wyoming Avenue in Kingston PA. Friday , 8/11/2023. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the pizza was mediocre at best. I would not recommend this place to anyone.” The level of Customer Service is below unacceptable and was apparent to me that they really don’t care about the Customer, in my opinion. Even when mentioning food allergies because of a mistake made on my order the blond woman working the register had no concern and actually lied to me when I asked about a topping that was NOT supposed to be on my pizza . Thank goodness I opened the box while in the store . I asked politely if they would correct my order and was told NO ! Beware, go to another location !!!!! Horrible experience!

If I could give this place negative 5 stars that would be my rating because this place has by far the worst employees and management in the valley. I placed an order on their app @8:12pm where it said the order will be delivered in 30 minutes, estimated time was 8:42pm. Needless to say at 8:50 I was calling the store asking did my order depart. The person who answered the phone asked the name and number which I provided and they had no recollection of such order like it was nonexistent. So here I am lost wondering what is going on. As I’m looking for somewhere else to order from I receive a call from an anonymous person claiming to be my delivery driver from Pizza Hut @9:20pm over an hour after my order was placed. When I spoke with the driver I asked why did it take so long he said he had a flat tire, like why wasn’t I informed that my order was gonna be delayed? I ordered on the app they had a contact number no one called. I called them they said there was no order under my name and number. Then to add to that I paid the guy and said how I find it highly irresponsible on their part that it was my problem that their delivery driver had a flat and I was highly unsatisfied with the service, only to go inside and discover my food was cold and nasty. Best thing was 5 minutes after that Pizza Hut’s store manager calls my phone very disrespectfully and tells me if I can not be nice to their drivers to never order from their store again. Never had I ever encounter an experience like this one before at any Pizza Hut and never will I ever again because no one deserves that. This establishment will never get my business again, they’re customer service is down right terrible not calling anyone telling them what’s going on, lying to customers about their orders, like this is truly unacceptable, last thing I want is spending my money on lousy service, cold food, and to be spoken to like I was the one who was disrespecting and lying. Negative 10 stars for a business with liars at Pizza Hut in Kingston on Wyoming Ave the worst in the valley.

We tried this location once and probably won’t be back. Pizza lacked sauce and was overcooked. The mini cinnamon rolls looked unappetizing in the box but tasted okay. There’s no pickup area, so you have to wait behind people who are ordering just to simply pickup an online order. Wait was as advertised at least.

Ordered at this location twice now both times pizza was under cooked. 1st time we ordered they forgot our chicken winged when we went back the next time. They wouldn’t honor it even though they said they would not very happy with this location. We enjoy Pizza Hut but this location is not very good.
