We went to the Pizza Hut at Ridge/Maple for lunch on a Saturday. 12:30 P.M. AND THERE WAS NO PIZZA ON THE BUFFET AND ONE SERVER. The server was polite, but I felt so bad for him. I took a ton of pictures & am calling the corporate office. Several families walked out because it was so bad.

The pizza tasted good. The service at the table was excellent. I dropped it two stars for the excruciatingly long wait for new pizza to come out. I really wanted to make it a quick lunch and it went much longer than it should have because there just wasn’t anything to choose from.

1 star is too much for these clowns. I ordered a pizza and cheese sticks at 9:20 pm, supposed to take 45-55 minutes for delivery, waited past an hour to call and check on the status, get told by the phone lady that all the deliveries were on the way, 5 minutes later get a call back that they were confused by my order, there website sucks now for ordering customized pizzas, when they called me to figure out what I wanted was an hour after I ordered, no call until I called them. The guy who call was a complete ah and just wanted to yell over me. Will never ever order pizza from a pizza hut again. Totally unacceptable service!!!

Our order on the app got messed up after we paid and it dropped most of our order. The GM was extremely helpful and got us taken care of with exemplary service. After a long day, he really helped turn it around. Also, they were SUPER QUICK in the drive thru. We’ve never seen a Pizza Hut drive thru move so fast, especially on a Friday night.

Attention to details…this store is perfect, as always. Never failed me yet. My orders have always been correct, and the food is just like they pulled it out of the oven when I pick it up. It’s so nice not having to worry. They stand out and are exceptional!

When I got my food my sandwich was cold.. and I didn’t even receive my chips that were supposed to come with it. The breadsticks we got were even cold.. and it was out for delivery at 8:15.. turns out it never even left the store. I’ve never had any issues with this specific pizza hut.

The pizza was bad. Imagine eating frozen piece of bread with cheese bits. Thats what it tasted like and they went through a lot of trouble to assemble my pizza from slices of different sizes. Probably slices from other left over pizzas. Nice job there. No point delivering it fast when you send me the leftovers pizza hut.
