As you can read in other reviews for the location, the pizza is being reported as not fully cooked. As a former pizza restaurant employee, it was evident before I even took my first bite. The cheese was barely melted and the crust was just plain dough above a lightly firmed bottom. the dough and the ingredients seemed to melt together as one. I could take a knife and simply scrape the whole amalgamation of dough and ingredients off the thin bottom if I wanted. When I tried to transfer it to a pan for my oven I had to be careful, as it was nearly falling apart. It did not look like what your brand advertises. I cooked it at home for an additional 10 minutes at 420. Still failed to cook the dough, but at least the ingredients finished cooking. It wasn’t appetizing and my kids even lost interest after a couple of bites. However, the employee who brought it to me was kind and fast. Somebody please turn up the temp or increase cook time on the conveyor. Speed does not trump quality, as those customers will not return.

The pizza was underdone both time I ordered from this pizza hut, gewy middle, crusts weren’t different even though they charge more for one that we ordered and should have been crispier, & lack of flavor.

I always like this place for the dine in. Due to there’s less people. Except at dinner rush. I was so excited to see they now offer fries. This is a very common practice in Chicago. So beside a local business, pizza hut now offers these delicious fries. They are awesome. The mens bathroom was really disgusting.

Just had the worst 2 pizzas in my life. First, they were undercooked. A Pepperoni lover’s is supposed to have 50% more Pepperoni on it, I doubt there were 15 peices. The Supreme wasn’t any better. To top it off, I didn’t get a receipt, and found I was charged over $40 for 2 Medium pizzas that were uneatible.

Tonight was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I ordered pizza and breadsticks (now that they have them again), my pizza tasted funky and my breadsticks came looking like this. Service has been going downhill for the past year. I’m done with pizza hut.

Never been more disappointed with an order ever. We ordered 2 large pizzas and bread sticks. Opened the first box and picked up a slice and the toppings slide right off and half of the cheese wasn’t melted, took a bite to see and it was straight dough. Opened up the breadsticks to find they are completely black and hard as a rock. Checked the second pizza and again the cheese was not completely melted and the dough was raw.

The employee was rude didn’t even notice us for 10 minutes. Then as we waited for our pizza we watched as no gloves were used no hand washing I watch the guy take order go back make several pizza and clean up without hand washing at all watched this for 20 minutes are one piece of pizza been sick since!!!!
