Amazing food! Delicious and fresh. The rotisserie chicken is the best around. Service is by far the best here. Lunch specials change everyday. Authentic portuguese food. If I could rate more I would. Parking is on the side of the building. Enjoy, you’ll thank me later

I was very disappointed with the chicken Melanese. The chicken was too hard, and when I called in to get some compensation, there was none provided. I will never order from here again. As an out-of-town guest, I certainly thought there would be some resolve. I’m. I will never order from here again and recommend not supporting this establishment. Never again I should have read the poor reviews before hand.

Love love love this place! Their food never fails. Greatest Portuguese food in Elizabeth. Chicken has a wonderful spice to it that makes it nice and juicy unlike other places, their chicken is not dry at all. Totally recommend.

Long tine customer, never had a complaint about the food or delivery. Unfortunately today very disappointed. I order the sirloin steak asked for it medium was well done. Was cold , hard chewy not the quality I’m used to eat from Port Deli. I would have given a lower score however but it’s only fair due to the long consistency of great food & service.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and was extremely unhappy with it. I called and let them know they pretty much said we don’t care and hung up. This was my first time in NJ and I really hope all the other little restaurants have better customer service.

The sandwich I just bought was horrible. The steak on the sandwich was hard, rare, the bread couldn’t even carry the sandwich. The fries were stale and old. I used to love this place but it’s not the same.
