My wife and I had a very enjoyable anniversary dinner. The menu is varied. While the offerings are what you would expect from a fine dining Steakhouse, the items we sampled were prepared with a high level of care and imagination. If you’re not opposed to spending a little more for a nice experience I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Staff was amazing, I’ve finally found an old fashion in Ocala that’s done properly. The escargot was delicious, and the bread was perfect. We only had appetizers at the bar, but the ambiance was great and made me feel like I was in a premium steak house. The bathrooms were clean, and the booths looked spacious. Also, I absolutely love the hostess sign. Truer words have never been spoken about what role a hostess has.

This place was simple yet elegant. I went for my birthday with my parents. Or server Mrs. Melinda was amazing her presence and opinions added to the night and she made us feel welcome and very taken care of. We got 2 appetizers, 3 Entrees, 3 sides, and 6 drinks from the bar it was like the bartender new what we wanted and he even mixed it up the second go round just refreshing especially sense they didn’t grace alcohol in them. The sides and appetizers where my favorite which consisted of

Went for Valentine’s Day dinner, we ordered the fresh grouper and a steak with shrimp, and for the sides, we had the beet and feta cheese risotto and grilled asparagus. It was all great tasting! For dessert, my husband had the banana nut bread pudding and he absolutely loved it. Awesome service and great tasting food! Will go back!

My husband and I chose Marks Prime Steakhouse for our 31st wedding anniversary. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated like royalty. Enos and Daniel created an unforgettable dining experience and were extremely knowledgeable about the menu and wine selections. The general manager, Michael and assistant manager, Frank, both stopped by our table to make SURE we were enjoying ourselves. The deep fried lobster is life changing!!! If you want to feel special, like you are the only one there, get the corner table and request Enos and Daniel as your servers! Bravo Mark’s, Bravo!!!!!

If you want to have a stellar night out for steak and seafood, definitely the place. Outdoor seating with casual feel and inside elegant seating options. Service is A++ and the food was amazing! Had the bone in rib-eye and it was cooked to perfection, dripping with garlic butter sauce (option) and served sizzling hot. Had the chop salad with blue cheese dressing and the flavor varieties was like a party for the taste buds- heart of palm, veggies, bacon – the works. Drinks and desserts leave nothing out, even non alcoholic beer. This place is a special treat.

We for our anniversary dinner. The service was great! The food was amazing and well seasoned. The black garlic butter…so wonderful and paired well with the filet and broiled lobster. We were unable to make reservations as I worked that day and didn’t know when I would get off (nurse life). As a result, we had to sit outside, and it was miserably hot. For a high-end restaurant, they need more fans to circulate air. I felt so sorry for the staff dressed in long sleeves, slacks, and vest.

My friends and I are regulars at Mark’s Prime Steakhouse, but our last visit was a letdown. Being on the patio in the scorching 95° was tough, though they did keep the water coming. The food wasn’t its usual best – a bit on the dry side.
