I used to love this place’s food but will not be returning again. We placed an online order this evening and when we got home and looked at our burgers, we noticed they didn’t have toppings on them aside from mayo (they were both supposed to have mushrooms). So we called and asked if we could get new ones and also requested that there be no mayonnaise this time. My boyfriend was super nice on the phone when asking them to remake the burgers. When we got back to Montana Jacks they gave us the burgers, we checked them in the parking lot, and I got mayo all over my hands just from checking. Not only were there still no mushrooms, but they put ten times the amount of mayo as the last burgers had and it really felt like intentional retaliation for asking for our food to be remade correctly. So we went back inside and politely requested a refund which they obliged but the whole experience was just really frustrating and off-putting. I don’t recommend.

This place is the bomb The service is outstanding. We had the Chicken spicy strips and the chicken was so juice and not dry at all. There ranch and blue cheese dressing was outstanding. Cool environment to hangout with friends or spouse for a evening dinner or lunch.

We weren’t aware it was part casino until we got there, which was fine. Service was nice and quick. They offer gluten free, so that is why we ate there. Delicious food!

My husband ate lunch with my dad and said the food was amazing. We were in the area and was going to eat lunch. My teenage son and I walked in first only to be told that since they enlarged the casino they could not have minors inside. I guess it’s better to get customers to gamble instead of eating.

I have come in before and the service and food has been great but the past few trips i have not only been disappointed in the quality of the food but also the service. They have removed popular dishes that had people coming back such as the Captians Combo. I had decided to come in for lunch at about 2 and was told the captians combo was no longer available. So I decided to get the fish and chips. They came burnt and very unappetizing. I also heard the cook and the waitress talking about how the revenue was between breakfast and lunch.

I love the food here! It is always amazing and the staff are always friendly. There is no longer a dine in option unless you are in the casino. They are currently working out the kinks for their online ordering but you can still call in an order or use a delivery service. I highly recommend Montana Jack’s to anyone who enjoys quality food.
