Exceptional food, service, and employees! The staff were really nice and quick to take orders they also were just unparalleled when it comes to SPEED (I mean my order was bagged up on the tray fast)! The place was pretty much flawless on the inside and out besides a neon light that needs replacement. This particular Arby’s is like a gem architecturally speaking with it’s high triangular arches that allow natural light to beam through the dining area. You really have to stop in and enjoy this specific location for yourself to see what I mean.

3 times. One time, the service was good enough for me to tell them how good it was. Another time so bad… 3rd time, the lady didn’t bring my food out after having me pull over to the side. 5 minutes later, I went in, and it was ready waiting to be brought to me, which she clearly forgot. The foods always been great, though.

If I could give them no stars I would!!! This location is HORRIBLE!!! I ordered food tonight for my family. My child was eating her chicken and there was pink nail polish on one. The second was raw and not cooked. Fries were cold and terrible. When I called to speak to management Irene was rude and not helpful. Simply said her girls don’t have nail polish on. This place needs new staff completely!!!

Wow. Went today at about 12:30. Not crowded and no line. Person was friendly taking order but the condiment station with all sauces were all completely empty. Would think that would be one of the first things that would be filled first thing. And the chicken sandwich was the thinnest chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. If this is what Arby’s is offering anymore not surprised with lack of customers waiting to eat I would suggest same. Two stars was only due to the friendly person taking our order

I was the only person there, twice. Both times I didn’t get full portions of food. There was about a tablespoon full of chicken salad on my sandwich, a half portion of beef and no cheese on my classic beef n cheddar and half portions of fries floating lonely in large fry boxes.

Had NO Ketchup, NO hot sauce, NO salt, NO pepper, NO condiments of any kind available to use on in-store use. Suggest owner-op we operator makes a surprise visit to see how his store is doing. Unless. Of course, s/he really doesn’t care about customers.

Was open day after Thanksgiving. Arby’s always good to have their food for lunch. First time trying curly loaded. Think it had too much sauce and cheese and didn’t look the same size of the one pictured.
