Went here on March 22nd 2023 @ 3pm. We got the 8 piece meal, was very expensive, and the breast pieces looked more like thighs!! My breast piece was skimpy as hell! And the wing pieces didn’t have any meat. The mashers, coleslaw and biscuits was good. But definitely not worth the price for what you get. Will not be back and chicken wasn’t fresh either.

Taco Bell/ kfc 9200 ralston road Arvada Colorado, 80002. In regards to the manager>> DEVIN SMATHERS~ has the rudest, most non-customer service attitude I’ve ever received at any restaurant ever. I ordered my food an with When the order came out I asked for a side of spicy ranch and didn’t want to put another charge on my card just for the side of sauce that I asked for originally… so he grabbed the food from my hands and threw it away and gave me a refund. He RUDELY threw away 7 dollars worth of food instead of JUST giving me a side of ranch. And when I asked for his name and a receipt for the refund he wouldn’t tell me or give it to me. THIS IS BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE AND I WILL NEVER visit this location again. DEVIN SMATHERS NEEDS TO BE FIRED OR REVIEWED FOR QUALITY CONTROL IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, definitely should not be a manager.. he is pathetic

Went though the drive thru a little after noon, waited less than 10 minutes, and a very nice lady named Kayla took our order and her attitude was amazing. I know how hard customer service can be and working during a pandemic is even harder so her cheerfulness was really nice 🙂 keep it up!

Not even worth a single star. I went in with my husband to get 2 nacho boxes. We waited 20 minutes and they had not even started our dinner. I went to the. Counter to ask about our food. The young man said we are short staffed. You are just going to have to wait. No I’m sorry. Just you have to wait. When I told the cashier I wanted a refund, I was told the person that. Can do that is in the bathroom. I had to wait for the refund also. Not one I am sorry from. Any of the emoyees. I finally got my money back. Very disappointing. I will not be going back.

My mom and I both had the bowl. Which had mashed potatoes, popcorn chicken, corn and cheese covered in gravy. It was delicious. We were given a sample of the new cinnamon biscuit dessert. Also yummy! Service was quick and friendly and the restaurant was clean.
