The food was good once it was finally right. We ordered and got told to pull up to wait. They almost handed us the wrong drink and then we pulled up. It took quite a while but they finally brought the food out. It ended up being the wrong order. These teenagers need to wake up a bit. Anyway, at least it was fresh I can say that and once it was right it was good. Just need to be a little more organized and quit worrying about the timer of how long a car is in your window. They need to get rid of those stupid things.

I went through the drive through and ordered a small curly fry and a small strawberry lemonade which came out to 5$ and some cent I gave the cashier a 20 and only got 4 dollars I didn’t notice until I got home I went back and had me wait 20 minutes while the cashier that shorted me 15$ laughed and whispered with another employee as the manager tried sorting things out after the 20 minute the manager told me there was nothing he could do and he would get someone above him to help me Monday this happened on a Saturday so I got shorted 15$ waited 20 minutes as the employee that shorted me gossip the whole time just to be told nothing could be done but the manager did try his best to actually get my refund but this shouldn’t be a problem in the first place

This location is currently renovating the dining area so drive through is the only option. With no customers I expected a relatively quick stop. I ordered a #2 Roast Beef combo and a crispy chicken slider for $10.50. From order to food was 10 minutes(location issue) and the $1.99 chicken slider was not a good size piece of chicken(Arby’s company issue) for the price. I remember why I don’t frequent Arby’s. Curly fries are always good.

I love Arby’s Gyro. Period. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because their drive thru was down, I was on a trip and just wanted to hit the drive thru and get back on the road, but had to get out and go inside and order. It seemed to take longer than it should have for them to take the order from the couple in front of me and then I stood in front of the register for an extended amount of time for them to finally take my order. Even though it seemed like there were 10 people working behind the counter, one lady was taking orders while everyone else walked around and looked busy, although the place was not busy at all and the drive thru was closed. But I digress. It didn’t take long for them to get me my order, it was fresh and as delicious as ever, and the vanilla shake I got was also very satisfying to my pallette. Overall great food, the drive thru being closed detracted from a great review and the mediocre service, but definitely still recommend Arby’s if you are going for fast food and would recommend the getting the Gyro, they are soo good.
