So I just got of the phone with “manager” from this location and once I told him that the pizza was burnt, he said that he wouldn’t remake it because he doesn’t like giving free pizza! Once I told him that it wouldn’t be a “free pizza” because I paid for it. He said thank you for calling and he hung up the phone! His name is Rob…. BUYER’S BEWARE!!!!

I order from this dominos since I moved here to the area I used to have a 5 star rating for this location. Not after tonight, I ordered a jalapeño cheese bread, pizza, brownie/cookie. once i got my pizza it was cold and was made fun of for being mad I was labeled “hangry” I was honest and answered truthfully “I’m pi55ed off I haven’t ate all day”. The bad experience didn’t stop there, I went inside to find no jalapeños on the cheesy bread when I called about it they stated “I made it and it definitely had jalapeños in it that’s why we put a jalapeño on top so that in case there are many cheese breads we know which one is which” why would I call or complain about an accurate order? He was obviously calling me a liar “no I’m not calling you a liar just I made your order and there was jalapeños in there” I’m not sure why you would argue with me about it being wrong? I’ve never called before, I’ve never complained before. I even order online so I won’t have to speak to anyone. If someone calls to complain listen apologize ,solve and thank. Everyone makes mistakes we are in fact human but you can’t admit that you made a mistake? Owned up to it Really?

No way to give a lower rating, especially given that they kept hanging up the phone when I called to place an order. First time, ok may a mistake. Three times in a row? I won’t be using this location ever again.

Went Saturday 25th at around 10 p.m. after a downtown event. We went to this location because it was closest to us and I wanted to redeem my free pizza. Going inside, the guy was walking around, then dealt with the lady in front of me. I wanted to ask where the bathroom was/if it was open to the public but he kept walking around doing nothing, not even looking up at me so I could ask. Then the woman cutting up the latest looked up with the dumbest confused look on her face and asked, “Is this marinara??” and they didn’t even know if it was or what pizza she was working on. Then after finally deciding it was, he asks for my name for pick up. As I tell him and I’m going to pay since I upgraded for three dollars he’s playing with his phone, and I realized he’s using the same gloves for everything. I should have checked the pizza. Nearly no sauce, crust is horrible and it wasn’t even properly cut all the way through and we had to cut/rip it ourselves. Register guy clearly has no social skills and doesn’t want to be there and the woman with him clearly needs more training.

Super fast pizza for carryout. Most of the time, I order carryout Pizza from this Domino’s. Variety of toppings with low prices are the specialty for Domino’s. They always have coupons for large 3 toppings pizza, which is $7.99, still cheaper than other Pizza shops here in El Paso. I gave the two star less cause most of the time, they are out of napkins/plates; even for bottled drinks, they don’t give cups. But overall fast service, that’s why I recommend this Domino’s Pizza.
