10/2022 5* Had a larger order today. Had to wait a few minutes for more chicken. But that was ok. Meant it was fresh and hot! Fantastic! Staff was friendly and nice.

I bought 5 piece straps 2 months ago in evening and shared with my daughter I was picking up from vollyball. I ate 3 straps in the car while driving and gave her 2 straps to eat when I picked her up. She turned car light on to open sauce and screamed. I said what’s wrong. She said there were bugs on the chicken. I pulled over and 2 ticks were crawling around trying to get out of the box. Now was worried I had ingested ticks because I ate 3 of those straps. I reported it to kane country health dept. And I called the store where manager was rude and hung up on me. 3 weeks later I start getting very sick with my stomach. Terribly sick. I told my doctor and we did a lyme test and I am showing lyme antibodies. Which means I had been infected with lyme. I am wondering if anyone else had this problem and not reported it.

It’s unfortunate that the employees have better customer service skills than the manager himself (Tony). I had missing items in my order and he told me that there was nothing missing because he had packed it himself. Like why in the world am I going to lie about 3 chicken tenders. On the other hand the 2 young employees there with him today were very polite and friendly.

I placed order on line. Let them know I was there (went to the drive thru). Was told to pull up. All the cars ordering behind me were getting their food and leaving. I sat there for 15 minutes, while the car behind me got their food (they were also asked to pull into a parking spot). I asked the employee where my food was, he said he’s getting it now. Another 5 or more minutes went by, when a different employee came out and asked my name. He said that he advised them to get my order, when I first got there, but no one did it. He said he would have my order shortly. I waited another 5 minutes. So I waited about half an hour there for my order. Talked to Three employees about it. I think in the future I will go into the building to get my order.

Someone in the restaurant was very condescending and irritated when I arrived to pick up a mobile order. I don’t mind giving Bonquisha 5 minutes to catch her breath from a bad day but don’t talk me like I’m your kid cause if I went in to get my order I’d had mopped the floor with your face. I have no clue why this place is still open. It’s a clusterfck.

This Popeyes is the best one that we had ever eaten at. Food was delicious and the staff was awesome. Highly recommended. Chicken sandwiches were the best we ever had; 3 piece chicken tenders that we had as a side were fantastic.
