Beware of the whopper ‘Jr’ it’s the size of a cow patty! Also my nephew SLIPPED on the WET floor outside of the bathroom!!! If he were hurt, BurgerKung would be counting their days. When I bring my family back to this establishment and there is no black pepper available, BurgerKung will rue the day. The natural light in the building adds a pleasant mood while dining.

It took more than 30 minutes for 4 individual original chicken sandwiches and one order of onion rings. The food was very cold and tasted horrible. It took me almost 2 years to dine there again after the same type of service. This is the last time this will happen. I will no longer dine at any Burger King in the near future.

Drive through man was very rude, very impatient. Had an attitude when asking for my card. When manager approached she rolled her eyes at us and started getting loud with us as well. Very unprofessional and will not be returning until employees are replaced with professional personnel. Workers also turned backs while fixing order that was incorrect so we could not see what they were doing as if they were doing something to the food. I’ve never been so disappointed with service in my life nor have I ever wrote a bad review or complained. I understand “fast food” is not the ideal job but you do not have to treat people that way.

This morning my wife and I were traveling from Terrell to College Station and went out of our way for a Burger King croissant break. Went through the drive through and there was no wait. We ordered 2 ham and 1 sausage croissant, pulled up to the second window and were immediately handed our order. I handed the lady my card, she swiped it, handed it back and said Thank you, then turned away never offering a receipt. We were half way to Scurry when we ate and discovered all the sandwiches were cold, bread was hard and the cheese was turning dark yellow and hard!! My wife turned in a complaint online, we trashed the breakfast and kept on driving. 20 minutes later we got a call from the GM who argued that she made our order fresh when we ordered it…which there was NO WAY she could have done that in 5 seconds!! Eventually she offered to replace the order but returning to Kaufman wasnt an option so we declined. Corporate just reached out to us, 11 hours later, and offered $10 in digital points for us to use at another location and online order. STAY AWAY from this place!! Its as bad as the Best Western down the road in Kaufman that is full of bed bugs!!

Young lady was sitting on counter when going through drive thru. Got home the order was wrong. I took food back, asked for a refund. Management said he didn’t care that the order was wrong and would not give me a refund, stated that I would have to claim fraud with my bank.
