I ordered two 25-30 person catering combos for a party. The only reason this review has 2 stars is because the staff are great and the food was on point. However, the plates provided were TINY for a catering order – like 4 inch plates. I would expect an order for 60 people to include plates that people can eat off of. See photo for a pic of the panda plates and the ones I had to go buy – banana for scale. There was not enough plastic ware, we had 37 sets for a 60 person order. Most of all, there were NO SERVING UTENSILS OF ANY KIND. What the actual F%,!|+?! I specifically called and asked if I would need them and was assured they were included. Our guests waited around for 30 minutes while we had to leave the party to go get some. Huge oversight and I will not be ordering from here again.

Very slow service, and you will always wait for your food. They never have stuff hot and ready. The rice is overcooked, and the noodles are very dry and stale. Even the chicken has gone down in quality, and it’s just bread on the orange chicken.

Nice job, Pandas! Came in today, ordered my meal and it was delivered hot & fresh. I had to wait a little longer to make the super greens, but I was compensated with a huge portion. Team was really nice and on top of it all. The restaurant was clean as well, which goes a long way these days when you’d rather just eat inside than raking it home. Overall, nice job and great food today. Thanks!

They stop cooking new food two hours before closing. If you go in with an hour before they close there’s basically nothing left but scraps and they don’t care. They were getting online orders while we were getting plated and they took the food right from what we ordered to fill an online order. The food we got was far from fresh so I would say it was probably more than a few hours old and anything fried like the rangoons and spring rolls were very over cooked and burnt tasting. Would NOT go to this location again. Very disappointing!!

Just ordered food online for my family and picked it. The protein of everyone’s meal was ok (not great, more like ehh) but real disappointment was the fried rice. Wasn’t cooked all the way. It was crunchy and had no taste to it. Very disappointed and not going to be returning.

We arrived 10 minutes before they closed and they had already closed closed the entire kitchen and had nothing left. I’ll definitely be calling corporate as well. Horrible way to do business especially in such a busy area.

i would give zero stars but they won’t allow so i give one…but even that’s too much. worst place. bc the workers were so rude just creating and overall very uncomfortable environment, and especially robert who seemed to be the manager had bad attitude and let all his line staff be very rude and snippy. i asked for a plate and she just automatically gave me orange chicken when i didn’t ask and their attitudes made me afraid to ask for sauces that they refused to give me. didn’t give us silverware, gave us dirty looks, made us not want to stay and eat in store so we went to our cars to eat in which we had to get silverware from nice sandwich place bc we were NOT going back into that terrible place again let alone to ask for more silverware. TERRIBLE STAFF.
