Stopped in for lunch with my daughter. We were one of two tables. Food is way over-priced and not quite disappointing, but nothing special either. I had a salad and daughter had kids spaghetti. We shared an order of pepperoni rolls. Bill with tip was about 60 bucks. Service was great. Definitely won’t go out of my way to come back, which is a shame, we used to really love this place. It’s just gone down hill over the past 5 or 6 years.

Entire jar of marinara on overcooked gnocchi and for some reason, a giant nasty meatball was included? And for the grand finale… A fly… Yes a fly… Was in the congealed cheese of the stuffed shells.

Got it to go . The woman was wonderful that handed Mr my order. Fast service. Love their sauce. Garlic knots were so different but yet so good with actual garlic ! It was yummy and I only got a half order because they’re so big !

The experience at this location with service and their quality of food has gone down hill tremendously over the last two years. I have tried coming back because our family loves Ynot and each time we are disappointed. This time was the last straw- we ordered an xlarge New York pizza and upon arrival of our food the pizza looked different. So happened that they were out of marinara sauce (the staple of a pizza) So instead they put bruschetta tomatoes and oregano mix they had on it instead which changes the whole flavor and texture of the dish. I wish the waitress or manager had just been honest that they didn’t have marinara and we wouldn’t have ordered pizzas. The cheese was also splotty and did not cover the slices and was randomly placed in 3 maybe 4 sections of the pizza. No one was happy with the food, especially the children, as this is one of their favorite spots too! We finally got our drinks after the food came out too. Needless to say the only thing I like on their menu that they haven’t managed to screw up are their wings. It’s unfortunate to say that we will no longer be coming back to this location after giving them multiple tries. The location on Providence road has proven to be much better!

Went by for lunch today. The place was pretty dead. Over half of the tables were empty. I stood at the podium for almost 10 minutes while I watched the only 2 waitresses running around the floor and go into the kitchen to help. When someone finally acknowledged I was there I was told that I would have to keep waiting. Turned around and left to take my business to olive garden. Congrats!

What happened to this great restaurant? If it’s not going out of business, sure looks like it. Who is your manager, the place is FILTHY! Picked up a to go order before lunch rush and 20 minutes later still not ready. Employees talking the ENTIRE time. Last time ordering & CLEAN this FILTY restaurant!

THE ONLINE MENU PRICES ARE INCORRECT AND lower than the restaurant menu. When I ordered online, and then went to the restaurant to pick up, I looked at my check. The prices for my entrées were $14 more. When I mentioned this to the cashier, he said yeah we know they’re wrong too bad. He literally did not offer to correct it or offer me some compensation. With the family waiting for me to bring dinner home I didn’t linger but as I drove home I got more and more annoyed at his reaction and the fact that I over paid almost $20. So I called the restaurant and luckily after a 15 minute wait I got to speak to the manager, Diane, who is actually a server at one of the other restaurants that I used to eat at and now she is manager at this one and she took care of everything -refunded the difference and gave me a free dessert and pizza slices. It takes years to build up a customer base, and it takes seconds to lose them and YNot Pizza almost lost me except for Diane who did her job right. So two stars for the cashier who didn’t care, but five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Diane.
