Food is always great normally have a good time here but the last 2 times I’ve came in for take out the employees clearly see me and ignored me a few times when asking for my order. They seem to act as if it’s an inconvenience that I’m here for a take out order. One waitress asked my name then never checked on my order, finally got someone to care and grab my order that had already been ready. She was skinny with brown hair super friendly. Thank you for redeeming my visit but very disappointed that I waited over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me.

You know I was scared to eat Asian cuisine in La Grande Oregon but I was extremely impressed. Clean, huge booths, awesome lighting, and the food was excellent. Large portions, great use of flavors and the waitress we had was amazing. All put it was an amazing experience.

I ordered orange chicken sweet and sour chicken and pork fried rice. I called in after I got my order and they told me that she packed the order herself. Well my order was wrong. I didn’t get orange chicken I got sesame seed chicken and rice and they gave me no sweet and sour sauce and then proceeded to tell me they leave the sauce off the chicken so it doesn’t get soggy. Well here’s the proof that they put sauce on the sesame seed chicken. And then yet they pack the sauce in a container. Well that’s a lie cause there was sauce on the sesame seed chicken and they refused to admit it was wrong. No refund was offered all they wanted to do was send me sweet and sour sauce like that’s gonna fix that they gave me the wrong dish. Definitely don’t order unless your there and also don’t order if you want to be treated like you dont know what you’re talking about. Could have just gotten Panda Express and at least my order would have been correct. DONT ORDER HERE

Food was a 0/5 customer service 0/5 time it took for a simple order to be ready 0/5. Compared to other sushi and Chinese places this is trash. Food came out cold and bland. The best thing we had was the white rice. Smh how do you over cook and undercooked something at the same time? Would never come back here again.

In my 5 years at a state penitentiary I never once had food this awful. If you enjoy late plates and being overcharged you’ll love thier service… Beware of the lunch special!!

Went here a couple times in group gatherings, once on my own. It’s not terrible, and the staff works very hard, but the food is disappointing most of the time, and there are better alternatives for all their dishes within a couple miles for equal price or cheaper.

This quickly became my favorite place to eat in 2014. The candy roll is probably everyone’s favorite sooner or later! There aren’t too many complaints. Over the years I went here in 2019 I didn’t really go here but I did notice that they upped the price but kept the quality the same. I wasn’t impressed with the candy roll I had recently. Seems like it went down in quality. I personally am not a huge fan of the this restaurant anymore but they have a huge variety of choices to pick from in their menu. Definitely something for anyone.
