I ordered two large fries at the drive thru and was told to go into the reserved drive thru parking spot. I waited for about 15-20 minutes while other people who ordered after me in the drive thru got there food right away. After waiting this amount of time, we got our food but we didn’t get the sauces that we paid for. Service is horrible, drive the extra distance to the next McDonalds!

Went through the drive through with my daughter. She ordered a frozen coke and some chocolate chip cookies. We were asked to pull forward as there would be a wait on the cookies. The wait was only a few minutes and the McDonald’s employee was very apologetic for the short wait. He even gave me a card to use for a free McAfee drink at a few local McDonald’s! Wonderful customer service. I wish other McDonald’s would be so nice.

Was recently there and ordered a quarter Pounder with cheese and couple more items. It took about 30 minutes to get my food and while I decided not to go through the drive thru for that same reason I got a under cooked burger and was disappointed. The sad thing was the dinning area was not even busy. Also I used to kiosk to make things easier for them. Just poor training. Come on guys how can yall mess up classic burgers get it together!

Great staff at this McDonald’s! Ms. Turner and the staff do a fantastic job of customer service. It’s my favorite place to work and the people there make it a welcoming and friendly place. It’s a busy McDonald’s also, especially the drive through, as well as Grub Hub and Doordash, so remember that you’re not a perfect person and neither am I. Food may take a little longer at times, so be courteous and thank God you don’t have to go out and grow and hunt your own food. These folks are working hard and doing their best to make us happy.
