Panda Express is a familiar sit-down chain that caters to American style Chinese food. The Simi Valley location has been refreshed since last I had been inside, so it has a more open, inviting feel. The food truly is a can’t miss, even though it’s something that I don’t have very often. The mixtures of sweet and spicy are correct. It’s usually best to get the two or three plate combo, so you can hey the most amount of food if you have a healthy appetite. It’s usually best to go with the half and half and split between fried rice and chow mein. You choose your meats and either get it to go or sit down and eat. Either way, it’s a worthwhile lunch/dinner option that I sometimes forget about easily, but is still quality.

Terrible Panda Express. Older Hispanic lady was rude. She was joking and having fun with the cooks in back fine no big deal. Requested some soy sauce and Sriracha after my order and it was like moving heaven and earth. With the condiments thrown at me. Requested a fork with my take out order and no fork.

Its good, friendly service. I will say the food is almost always 5-15 minutes late. But they get a pass since I usually order on Friday nights when it’s packed so it’s expected.

Very badly served… small portions compared to what they used to be, the plate is half empty and when I said something they just told me that’s the way the manager wants us to do it. It sucks that in order to save a few cents the quality and service are getting so bad.

I just went shopping, between the teriyaki chicken, I got hair in the food, they ruined all my food, and my stomach, I called to ask to speak to the manager and they didn’t even pick up the cell phone

This location is huge! Lots of tables to sit at. Staff was great while placing a pickup order over the phone. The customer service continued when we went a to p/u our order. They even had 2 different sauces that our usual place doesn’t have.

Order online to pickup for 7.30pm. Came in and order not ready. Waiting 20 mins and counting. They seem to be prioritizing in person orders since it is not coupon based and they dont make money on it. Disorganized and shady establishment.

I walk in and notice that none of the employees are wearing gloves including the cook. I asked if they are still required to wear them knowing obviously you have to for food service, and the the man was telling me “yes they do but he just washed his hands” but also points to the only person wearing gloves that is cleaning in the dining area? This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed it but cmon lol.
