Chicken very hard and dry very difficult to chew. and wings had feathers . We were starving after Graduations today. . I’m doubtful it was cleaned well. It was old. I called to return. Closed. No answer Will attempt to return in person tomorrow before we leave town. If they are willing to give us refund for my inconvenience I’ll add another review but if not …..stay tuned. I’m not interested in more food because now I have to go in search of more food tonight. . Not happy with your Quality Slim Chickens. Fingers crossed……stay tuned.Please make this right.

First time I’ve had this experience as I usually think this is a wonderful place to get food, but today my food was very undercooked and even cold by the time I got it. (thanks GrubHub for that). Just don’t want anyone to get sick from food poisoning or anything so beware..

Really love the approach here. The chicken is fresh, well seasoned, breaded not to much, and fried to order. The sauces are various and well balanced. You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. I think I have a new favorite chicken chain.

My sister raved about this place. Today was my first time here. It wasn’t busy just a two other people. We ordered to dine in. About 10 minutes our food came out. I was like, “wow, that was quick!” Our food was barely room temperature. Not to mention no seasoning on the chicken tenders and they looked like they belonged to a kids meal. My sister went to approach the employee about the getting better fries at least and she must have forgotten about them because my sister had to go up to the counter to get them. But she only gave her enough fries for one of our meals. Least to say, my first time experience was a complete waste of my money! I don’t know if I will go back because I don’t play about my money!

First time there and the service was great, chicken tenders were delicious and the prices were very good!! Fries were a little salty but I forgot to ask for no salt added. Place was clean and neat but almost felt like there needed to be a dehumidifier running because the floor was a little sticky and slick… We will be back in the near future…

One of the most disgusting things I’ve ever seen Those are supposed to be mushrooms – box is so dripping with liquid the box disintegrated upon being touched, mushroom soggy and inedible. So disappointed! The last photo is the bottom of the box which fell apart.
