Our first time here, and we really enjoyed our visit. The food was fresh, tasty, and fast as you would expect for a casual fast food dining experience. Staff was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful as well. I rated the atmosphere 4 star as it was a typical fast casual type. I will say that it was clean and well stocked. Overall a very positive and pleasant experience. We will absolutely visit this location again and would visit other locations as well.

Food was fresh. That’s the only plus. I was missing an item from my order, and my customizations were not done. I’ve been going since they’ve opened and this has been a very common problem. Food is fine, employees might not be paying enough attention. I’m sure the manager would make it right but it’s not worth the trouble. Just do it right the first time.

My wife and I bought 2 shakes today and we were greeted and served by a young man named Jarrod who is always pleasant and professional . To be clear we had stopped going to the Brevard location months ago as the service and the food were terrible and we were there at least twice a week. All that changed after the new manager (Cal I think is his name) took over . The food and the service are great again as a direct result of Cal and Jarrod. Now my wife and I are back to eating there a couple of times a week. Not only that but some of my friends feel the same , as they had stopped eating there too, but have now resumed their weekly patronage as well. The one common denominator between all of us is that Cal and Jarrod have made such a difference that we hope you appreciate them as much as we do. Your sales have grown as result of their exemplary attitude and courtesy.

Today was the first time I have been disappointed at this location and we have been here many times. We ordered 2 regular hamburger trays. One was ordered with mayo, lettuce, onion and tomato with onion rings and fries. One was ordered with bacon, cheese, mayo lettuce and onion with Cajun fries and cheese bites. The young man who took the order seemed competent and he was friendly but failed to tell us that they were out of tomatoes until I asked about it after the order came without tomato. A man (maybe the manager) came by and said “We don’t have any tomatoes. They might be on that truck outside”…no apologies or anything, he just walked away. On the burger with bacon, the bacon was a hard wad right in the center. That burger was mine and it was small, hard and dry, like it had been in a warmer for a while. There were exactly 3 onion rings on the other order and what looked like about half an order of fries. On my order, the cheese bites were fresh and really good but there were NOT Cajun fries on either order. On both orders, the fries that WERE there were cold and stale, like they’d been sitting for quite a while. There was a lot of laughing in the kitchen while the manager (?) seemed to just be walking around. We ordered milkshakes which were delivered quickly and accurately. If they want to keep their customers (especially with McDonald’s, Wendy’s and Zaxby’s just across the street) they need to step up their game.

Got 1 out of 3 burgers wrong and fries were not good but soggy. Burger patties were dense and well well done. Patty didn’t even come out to the edge of the bun. Bad meal overall.

Food was great! Service was horrible. The young lady at the drive thru was hateful and rude. The only person that showed customer service out of 3 people at the drive thru window was the older lady that handed us our milkshakes!!! So disappointed.

Really slow. Took almost 30 minutes for dine in and a tad pricy – $9.69 for burger, fries, slaw and drink. Asked for lettace, tomato, cheese and mayo but got lettace and onion. Everything was cold by the time I got the order. Poor choice and wont be returning However, Friendly staff.
