Went out to eat on a nice Saturday evening. I had the pleasure of having Chelsea as my waitress. She was amazing! And she made the BEST Elderflower Punch drink and was very accommodating. Best drink I’ve ever had honestly, will be back for this drink. Hopefully Chelsea makes it and is my server again too! Also the food came out steaming hot! Perfect! Can’t wait to come back! Thank you Chelsea! 🙂

Love going to Bertucci’s. Everyone is always so friendly. Plus the food is always good and made correctly. Today was a very special day. Cause we had our old waitress from the Newington Bertucci’s. Her name is Heather. She is great!!!! I’m so glad she is at this Bertucci’s. Very friendly and she is great at her job. Need more people like her. I will definitely be going when she is there.

Last night I had dinner at the Glastonbury Bertucci’s and had a wonderful experience. Craig was our waiter, and he did an exceptional job. He has the right personality for this job. He is friendly and very helpful. Craig checked on our table frequently and happily got me a new salad when they made mine incorrectly. He brought us fresh rolls throughout our meal and was kind enough to pack some to go for me. He remembered everything we ordered and was very accommodating to our requests. He went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. I love Bertucci’s restaurant and am happy the Glastonbury CT location is still open.

The atmosphere was great, the service and staff were very nice. The food was not too good. I ordered the chicken piccata dish. I couldn’t even chew the chicken, and it tasted like someone poured an entire salt shaker onto my chicken, it didn’t have much lemon flavor. It’s really sad because I used to love Bertuccis! Their food was so good back in the day! Maybe today was an off day. To be fair the rolls and salad were great this time around. Hopefully it’s better next time and less salty.

Used to love Bertuccis. I went to the Manchester location a lot before it closed. Ordered take out from Glastonbury Bertuccis today. A shrimp pasta for $25 dollars, kinda high for a casual place like this and only had about six small shrimps in it. Got all the way home and had a few bites before finding a coarse black hair in my food! For reference I am a female with fine blond hair. Looks like a hair from someone’s beard, most likely Bertuccis is not enforcing staff to wear hair nets over their facial hair. I just threw out the rest of my food. A waste of $25, and a very disgusting and disappointing experience.

SMALLEST large pizza I have ever ordered; which on its face wouldn’t be so bad until I say it was also one of the most EXPENSIVE. To add insult to injury the pizza was was not good, my 6 year old refused to eat more than two bites because as he claimed it “didn’t taste right.” You are paying a premium price for jarred sauce and old cheese. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the plethora of great pizza places here in Connecticut and avoid this place at all cost. Gave them 2 stars because the staff was at least nice and basically recognized how ridiculously small their pizza is.

Chelsea deserve more than 5 stars. She is great server with a great personality and can really connects with her customers. The alcoholic punch that she made was fantastic and I don’t normally drink. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was great as always.

My Son and I stopped in for Dinner, the food came out hot and very tasty. The best part of the experience was the great service. Our server was Chelsea, and I must say she was very niece, friendly, and professional. Customer service can make the difference between an ok dining experience and a great one….We had a great one this time TY Chelsea and Bertucci’s staff!!!! Keep up the good work.

My bad experience was due to the MANAGEMENT. He was rude and belittling to his employees. Your waitstaff was very attentive and on top of everything to bad the management wasn’t. This manager was tall with a beard and very unprofessional. I couldn’t believe what I was witnessing in a busy dinning room. It is hard to find good help and this server was amazing to come to our table after being belittled and didn’t miss a beat. My heart went out to her. This was on Tuesday. How someone can think they are so inferior to others!
