Severely under staffed. Our waiter was also the bartender and food runner. 7 o’clock reservation and didn’t get out if there until 9:30. People had been telling me how great the food was. I was not impressed. Serving a bowl of soup that was plated horribly and tasted like it was out of a can was not the way to start the dinner off on the right foot. I do not recommend this place, but I would give them another chance if they would staff correctly and be more prepared next time. By the way, we were only 1 of 3 tables in the restaurant so there was really no excuse for the poor service.

We found this place by accident, and were pleasantly surprised! The food was amazing! I was shocked to see Vegan options. My husband and I had Brussels Sprouts, Thai Tofu and the Blueberry Tart. The couple we were with had a salmon dish and shrimp with polenta dish and said their food was great, too. There was one non-alcoholic beer on the menu, which I also appreciated. Highly recommend!!

Excellent dining experience! Everyone in my party of foodies raved about their dish! We started with the Brussel sprouts, hamburger was amazing as well as the cod dish- Dutch berry a La mode was to die for! Good wine too!Highly recommend this restaurant!!

All I have to say is…. WOW! I own a brewery around the corner and The Elemental serves our beer, so it’s a great lunch spot for some phenomenal food, but Andrew has taken Livingston to a new level. Every dish is extremely well thought out, perfectly seasoned, and served with a smile. Definitely give The Elemental Kitchen a try!!!

Had a lovely meal here. We had a soup, salad and a sirloin steak. Soup was hearty and packed with flavour and ingredients. Excellent presentation and tasty for the steak. Friendly server and I love the ambiance. Unfortunately, I didn’t see Kevin Costner.

Really wish we could have tried it because the reviews are good. Showed up at 2:10 before they close at 2:30 with our party of 6 and the young lady serving as the hostess was very uninterested in us eating there so close to closing time and suggested we go elsewhere. Bummer.
