Amazing time at Edge steakhouse! Service was fabulous! Had the Chilean seabass which was arguably one of the best fish dishes I’ve ever had. Hubby had the strip, pricey, but also v yummy. Mashed potatoes were also amazing. Date cake to finish it off. Great for special occasion or splurge dinner. Sous chef Andrew came out and spoke to us at the end, which was a nice treat

Re-opening night at the The Edge Steakhouse at The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage. Fabulous food and wine, beautiful views, and impeccable service. Every morsel was delicious from the bread and spreads, to the soup and salad, to the pork shank in mole sauce, the Moroccan roast lamb. And a fab winelist.

Steak was phenomenal, service is great, drinks very good and fun atmosphere. Appetizers and salads need a LOT of work though. For example the wedge salad was just lettuce with almost nothing on it (no exaggeration), we sent it back.
