I got something to eat with my family. I had a fried chicken sandwich which was delicious. My family got chicken tenders and they enjoyed those very much. The restaurant seemed somewhat empty. I could see a few people behind the counter that were working and that was it. You can’t even get an extra pack of salt unless you stand at the counter and wait for someone to get it for you. I can’t say I like that. I think the staff does a decent job given how understaffed they seem to be.

Everytime I go here I’m here for 45 mins to an hour. Sometimes even when I place my order online and show up in 45 mins I still wait 45 mins to an hour! Crazy! They pull every car in the drive thru to the parking lot so their drive thru times look super fast to the company, then one of the employees always comes out looking as lost as Alice in wonderland asking the 50 cars pulled in the parking lot “what did you order?” “What did you order?” “What did you order?” Just a mess!

I don’t remember the name of the manager and did not get a receipt, but the food and customer service was fantastic! I came through Friday evening around 5:30/6:00pm June 16th. This location is always good but tonight especially was just perfect. We spent $36 for 4 meals.. every bit of it was hot and fresh. The gentleman that took my order was fast, direct, listened, and repeated my order back and was just as polite and accurate at the window. Love this kfc!

Ordered online so I didn’t have to wait. Order was supposed to be done at 728 due to construction in the area i didn’t arrive until 738. Lobby was supposed to be open until 9 however when I got there the doors were locked so i went through the drive thru to get my order. Every one was just sitting down in the back and my order hadn’t even been made yet and I still had to wait.

I ordered the chicken nugget meal I believe it was a 12 piece or $12 whichever.But the nuggets were crammed in a little tiny box that was clearly too small so the nuggets ended up all over the bag inside. They also tasted like they were sitting under a heat lamp for quite a while. . I ended up ditching them and went elsewhere to get dinner

The KFC in Eastgate Ohio has by far the best chicken of anywhere. The customer service is also top notch. We drive 10 miles and go past our own KFC/Long John Silvers combined restaurant in Amelia, Ohio to go to this one. Always consistent.

Ordered my boyfriend and I dinner tonight from The EG KFC and didn’t get our full order. It was going on 9:30 by the time we got our order and I know they closed at 10 so I figured maybe they just didn’t have food and we’re prepping for closing so i decided to give them a call. One of the employees on the other end of the phone said he “forgot to put the food in the bag”. I don’t believe it. How can you seal up a bag that has the receipt attached to it and not double check? That was an entire meal that was left out. They said the only way they can give us a “refund legally” is if we go through doordash and re order our food or get a refund. No help at all or in between. There was no way we were going to go through the whole process of re ordering while getting a refund just for the store to close and we not end up getting our food.
