My staff and I received the worse customer service I have ever experienced from this location. We placed lunch orders for delivery and all of the food was not delivered. Upon contacting the establishment to report the error, we were told by an employee who claimed her name was Ali, that no, they would not deliver our food and we would have to wait 7-10 days for a refund. I asked to speak to the manager and this same employee stated he wasn’t in and claimed his name was Aif (another made up name probably). I asked her if she really thought we were going to wait 7-10 days when we placed the order and paid for it and they broke the contract by not delivering our food? She then said they could re-fix the order and we could pick it up but she would have to call another manager to get approval. I told her that was fine. We didn’t mind coming to pick up. She stated she would call me back. Ten minutes later I call and the phone was busy for an additional 15 minutes. Do not waste your time or money at this place!

I decided to try this location.. I have been to the one on main Street several times so why not try their other location….. Very clean… If front lot packed they hv read parking… I would say the one ordering machine is a bit of a hold up if people are waiting so I guess that’s the only draw back. Service was good. I tried the salmon wrap for the first time… I think the chicken wrap is my go to from get fruity. Definitely check it out.
