Service was good. Food was sad. Ordered fried chicken with a side of mac n cheese and cornbread. Fried chicken had way too much cornmeal in the batter, it was hard and grainy. Mac n cheese had no flavor, it tasted like it had no seasoning, and no cheese. Cornbread was decent.

Chicken burgers was delicious the cabbage and the sauce go great together. It’s the perfect amount of spicy not overpowering and not under spiced really good. Great combinations the fries are too. Mac and cheese aswell. Yumm yumm

This restaurant is nearby my house. However, I didn’t know there is a great restaurant. I ordered Fried catfish and Blackened Chicken Pasta. These two menu were excellent. Especially, grilled chicken in Pasta was fantastic.

Holy moly, this place is sooo good! Best Cajun food outside LA. Had shrimp and grits- divine! Then went back the next day for blackened catfish and red beans & rice. Just the right spice, and not greasy. Staff was great and dining nice, inside or outside. A++

The food was unique & flavorful. Plenty of sauce added to my chops. Disappointed that I couldn’t buy fried chicken a la carte. Black owned but I didn’t see any black workers lol. The service was a little dry & rushed but they were pleasant enough.

I got the half and half (lemon pepper, spicy) wings. You get 6 wings with 3 pieces of carrots and celery. The taste could have been a little better for both lemon pepper and spicy wings. The lemon pepper was almost too much lemon entirely and it was more of a sauce than a rub. The hot wings were not as hot as I would like them and they are a little too acidic for me. I also got ranch, spoil alert it wasn’t ranch or at least didn’t taste like any ranch I have had. The smell too, reminded me of almost yogurt?

I ordered the jambalaya, and it was delicious. Big chunks of sausage chicken and shrimp. Kinda pricey. Medium size bowl. This menu is definitely worth coming back to. Erick was super cool, easy to talk to, and very friendly. He gave me honest feedback and great recommendations.

Southern food at its best. We got seafood gumbo and chucken and sausage jambalaya and it was okay.

Lovely service but food quality and portion was average. Ordered the chicken and waffle. Waffle was nothing special. Chicken was pretty nice, crispy and spiced, but portion on the smaller side. I wouldn’t go back. It’s not bad if you’re craving it but I definitely think there are places with better options.

Loved the southernern flare, especially the corn bread and collard greens. The slider wasn’t too bad either. Thumbs up for this place.
