My boyfriend and I decided to give Krystals another try Sat. Aug 5th 2023, To start off the prices are ridiculous high while ordering the cashier messed or order up and I had thought I ordered the wrong combos but she kept adding to or order it took a good 10 minutes or longer to order, then our or came to $27 and change for the 2 of us we were told to take a seat and she would bring it out to us. Our drinks then was sit on counter later to be yelled your drinks are ready and 15 mins later our food is brought out by the cashier in Togo bags the chez on the fries was cold didn’t taste good at all then as we was trying to sit and eat the not so good food employee Sandra songer stood at the register starring at us I watched as she walked off she turns around doing something at fry station starring at us even harder then she starts beating loud on something as she turns to stare somemore giving nasty looks so we decided to just throw our food away and leave we will never eat from there again this person should not work in public or any restaurants for that matter and definitely shouldn’t be a key holder a nasty very unprofessional person she is.

Went to Krystal tonight and this is what I received… sadly this isn’t the first time this has happened. I ordered 3 meals which are expensive and all of the Krystal looked like this they were hard as a rock. To say the least I made food at home. The chili cheese fries were cold the cheese also stale like it had been sitting all day. Will be going back to get a refund tomorrow.

Order 4 junkyard fries for my son and grandkids, now mind you all is under 8 years old and made it clear no jalapeno and said that twice no jalapeno and got home and they all had jalapeno. Tried to call the restaurant to complain and I have already called 6 times and they will not answer the phone and gas is to expensive to drive all the way back.
