Spent $28 and change on three meals got to where I was going had plastic string stuck to the chicken leg not mentioning a spider in the bag, went to take the chicken back they take the plastic off the chicken they did replace it but messed up my order again didn’t have the biscuits in the box went back in they gave me a biscuit and they was hard ash and didn’t even give me my receipt…. Probably one of the worst KFC experiences I’ve ever had. First of all they were out of white chicken all together. How does that even happen? Then they got our order wrong. Missed a piece of chicken and gave us fries instead of mashed potatoes. Then had us give the fries back through the drive through window before she would give us the missing mash potatoes. Chicken was definitely old and stale. It was lukewarm and the skin was hard and chewy. The bad, don’t care attitude, we got through the window from what appeared to be the manager was shocking. Definitely will stear clear of this location in the future.

I had an interview scheduled for 11am, I arrived at 1045 , the sign on the door say they open at 1030 , the young lady who works the window had a nasty attitude talking bout u have to wait until we have some help I can’t allow u in , once the manager arrived she pulls up in a Uber talking all loud and GHETTO , talking bout who you here 4 like who talk like that in a manager position, so once I sat down to began my interview she then comes back to say can you reschedule? I was like oh ya I’m good I don’t want to be apart of an organization of this manner ! Black people can not run an operation at allll !!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

My over all score for KFC is 3 stars because the chicken isn’t of the quality or taste I grew up on. It varies from restaurant to restaurant, but the chicken is way less flavorful and more bland. It doesn’t look the same. I graduated from HS in 1984. All of the major fast food franchises food is not the high quality they were in that time. The last two generations probably think differently because they would not know the difference.

First of all the lemonade was so sweet dang I could have made a whole additional glass the chicken finger we’re not cold but we’re not hot either they wear extremely salty the biscuit was cold and it was Dory in the fries were old and then they have the nerve to have they don’t give you money back I’m very disappointed I remember in the day you can stop and get a nice top piece of chicken in a what’s the world coming to your money don’t mean nothing or pride in your product either KFC over the colonel thing

I bought two Mac and cheese bowls tonight in morrow Georgia which came to $18, but the food was nasty. Mac n cheese was ok but not seasoned, but the chicken on the other hand was rubbery. The spicy Mac n cheese my daughter had was like a bowl of soup. Horrible

You all should be ashamed of yourself, I walked in the door at 8:10pm. No one said anything to me. The cashier on drive thru looked at me and went outside, she came back in and went straight back to the drive thru. The guy fixing food did not said anything either.
