Jimmy John’s is outstanding! Service at this Columbia City location is a class act! My favorite sandwich is the #10 Hunters Club sandwich. It is a double portion of roast beef, provolone cheese, tomato, lettuce and mayo. (Do yourself a favor and have them add some black pepper.)

This was our first time eating here and it was okay. I really don’t like subway but they do put more on your sandwiches than Jimmy John’s! I had a wrap and nothing fell out of it because there was not much on it at all. Way way to expensive for what we ate! Not sure if we will go back! I would have to think about it thats for sure!

Ordered the ham sandwich with lettuce, onions and pickels. Got one very thin slice of ham no pickles no onions. After the staff was informed no credit or other form of compensation was offered. As I sat I noticed the guy making the sandwiches made several mistakes on another customer’s order.

Id put 0 stars if i could, like this is the worse experience I’ve ever had with a jimmy johns. took two hours to get my sandwiches after i called 3 times, then the only reason why i knew my food was there was cause i walked outside they left it in the alley and the wind knocked over the bag and my sandwich was on the ground in the alley and the only thing the manager said was sorry, what a poor pathetic excuse of a company, I literally NEVER write reviews like this but what a joke this company/franchise is missing 3 bag of chips. I don’t even know what to say.

I added names to the order expecting the names to be written on the sandwiches so we didn’t have to open them all up try to figure out whose was whose that wasn’t done. I didn’t have any sprouts on my sandwich. Only 1/4 to 1/2 of the cup of guacamole was filled. Otherwise the sandwich tasted okay.
