I just want to say that Mrs. Bobby in your Arkadelphia store is amazing!!!! You need more employees like her. She is bubbly and super friendly. She made sure our order was right and made sure I was happy with my purchase. She went above and beyond. I wish there were more workers all over in the fast food industry like her, because most of them are rude and don’t like their jobs and takes it out on the customer.

I ordered a large amount of pizzas for our small private school that was having a field trip at Lake DeGray State Park. Not only did they allow me to pick up the pizzas right when they opened, I added on a special gluten free order and two additional pizzas. They were professional, accommodating and kind. The staff was top notch and the place was sparkling clean. Good job dominoes staff in Arkadelphia!

Delicious pizza. I called ahead and ordered and my pizza was ready right on time for my quick stop. I used the restroom and it was very clean. Overall experience was welcoming. I do got to mention that some guests might feel uncomfortable by the music the employees were playing from their personal devices. I personally didn’t mind it but it’s something that could draw some complaint farther ahead. However I still recommend it because this place serves excellent food and for great prices.

My most recent order resulted in my driver losing or ruining my order on first attempt. To be completely honest, this was not the problem. The driver was apologetic and personable and I knew their mistake was an honest one, and that replacement order would get to me within the next hour. When I received the order, I accepted it along with the “surprise frees” pepperoni pizza (which was admittedly delicious). However, one of the two pizzas in the order was well below the standard I have come to expect from this location. The feta cheese topping was entirely absent and the banana peppers seemed liked they had been added as an afterthought, just before leaving the store. As compensation for the delay I was given a voucher for a free 16-pc parmesan bread bite, but It doesn’t excuse the haphazard/negligent preparation of the replacement order. The only reason I’ve given 3 stars instead of 2 is because of previous positive experience with this location.
