Ordered 12 piece bucket with 3 large sides and 6 cookies. 2 sides were supposed to be mac and cheese and one mashed potatoes and gravy get home look in the bag and we have 2 mashed potatoes and gravy 1 mac and cheese and no cookies! So I try to call the kenton store 4 times they hung up on me once before I could say anything then no answer at all!! Its hard to believe this day and age of ordering food could be so horrible especially when it costs almost $40.00 dollars guess they can afford to lose customers like me! And people wonder why we go out of town to eat!!!

Went in to pick up my online order, they said they didn’t receive it. So I looked at my emailed receipt, and like an idiot, I had sent the order to the Marysville location. The girl working asked what I’d ordered, and they put it together and gave it to me anyway. I was very surprised, that kind of customer service is very hard to find these days.

I spent 20. On 2 meals and they tasted like old grease. It was awful, couldn’t eat them and neither did the dog. That’s sad. Tighten up KFC Stopped in again a few days ago, 6 months since the last time. I ordered two 3-piece wing dinners. The wings must’ve come from a baby chicken, because they were so small, it was pitiful. You used to get nice fat juicy chicken wings there years ago, but not anymore. That’s twice now I’ve been there & disappointed in the quality of the food both times. I won’t be recommending this place to anyone & I doubt it seriously that I will ever return there to give them a 3rd chance. I’m surprised the place is even still open.

The food, the service, and the appearance of the store were excellent. Two things that cost it a star were that we heard the buffet will likely never come back (boo!), and the sodas (all of em) in the dining room were heavy on the carbonated water and light on flavor.
