I ordered over the phone and spoke with somebody they completely messed my order up. I ordered slices and sticks with jalapeños got no jalapeños, ordered stuffed pretzel crust. got no stuffed crust. Looked like a pep pizza with salt on crust!! Wow!! Wanted it ready at 5:40 got their 10 minutes early and my pizza was done sitting around for at least 10 minutes. very disappointing to waste $30. Tried to call the store n no one answered!

You guys need to do better. I placed my order in at about 6 if not 6pm and I wanted it ready by 7. We get there and it’s not even ready the lady said that my order wasn’t even started yet and then just handed me my order after waiting 15 mins when it should have already been done. The breadsticks had a weird taste to them like you can tell they were freezer burned. I’m not happy and will not being going here again.

I get the regular pepperoni and add my own favorites at home. Then throw away the box and tell everyone its homemade . They still don’t believe me lol They all know , It’s Little Caesar’s at an awesome price. It would costs me way to much now to buy all the ingredients to make a pizza myself. My homemade crust just doesn’t ever turn out as good as Little Caesar’s.

Marissa the manager is rude, condescending, and lacks customer service. As well as Karlie. She has the worst attitude and threw my box of breadsticks on the counter as if I was a dog and needed to fetch the breadsticks. The other guest watched her treat me horribly & spoke up about it. Instead of the manager asking Karlie to tone down the attitude and defuse the situation she decided it was best to argue with me instead.

Very poorly run location. Food is never ready and the place appears to be understaffed all the time. There is always some kind of issue with getting my food. It’s worth it to drive to a farther location at this point.

Bread sticks were never put in. After waiting for my order for 25 minutes. Pizza came out way earlier and was therefore not fresh when the bread sticks were ready. No effort was made to remedy the situation. Other customers orders were missing as well while they waited. I watched them order, and yet it was never in the system. Employees were cackling and leaving the station to hug customers. Cussing with kids present in the lobby. All around unprofessional and embarrassing. Absolute waste of my time and money.

The email said my online order would be ready between 7:16-7:21. I didn’t get it until 8:05 the lady didn’t even apologize for the wait or say thank you for your patience. Took a bite of the pizza once I got in my car and it wasn’t hot, only warm, how long was it just sitting there for??

Worst Little Caesar’s on the planet. Always closed or closing and never friendly. Walked into order and was placing a order then told “oh sorry our lobby is closed”! It was Saturday 7:20pm Jan 7, 2023. Staff taking order didn’t know lobby was closed either. She was told by another staff member. Not even a apology! Very rude staff and needs a better manager. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with this Little Caesar’s. Very lazy staff! Do not waste your time going to this location. Online it’s always saying open but never seems to want to be open. Not to mention never any pizzas hot and ready! You have to wait 15/20 mins for pizza. Horrible management and rude staff.
