My partner eats meat and he was blown away by the spicy chicken sandwich and cheeseburger, he said they tasted real! It was all very good, the chicken was a bit salty though. The coleslaw is amazing. They also had a drag show going which was fun! I’d definitely return.

The sandwiches are wonderful here, I’ve been here twice with non vegans and they enjoyed it just as much as I did! Highly recommend the chicken bacon ranch sandwich, nom! The service was speedy and friendly. I’m not wild about the order to your table thing but they manage it really well. It can also get a bit loud here as it’s a super open space.

I’ve been to Francis twice now and both times, I left with a full stomach & heart and shaking my head in bafflement at the fact that fast food is still being made out of dead animals. I mean it actually is really weird, when you stop to think about it – and when you try Francis and realize that easily the most delicious burgers in the Twin Cities metro (maybe all of the Midwest, including Chicago & Toronto and everything) area are being made right here, completely out of plants. I mean for me, it’s not even close, these are just the best burgers. That is all. The Garlic Girl makes me swoon, but there’s so many parts of the Francis experience that are outrageous. The crispy exterior of their spicy chicken. The soft chew of their brioche buns. The creativity of their cocktails. The masterclass balance of crunchy/creamy/earthy/sharp that is the beets & Brussels sprout salad. I could go on (and on and on). But you’ll have to discover the rest for yourself! Great decor and kindly friendly service too by the way, and did I mention crazy fast? Yes. Not a single downside to the Francis experience I can think of.

Food was delicious. I must’ve been very hungry, because the Garlic Girl burger tasted like a 6 out of 5 stars. I don’t remember the last time I had a burger that had such a delicious combination of sauce, protein, and veggies. The moshpit fries are also a very good side to get instead of the regular fries. You order food with a QR code, and can pay for the whole group like that. Very convenient .

We decided to check out Francis after discovering it on IG. This was our first visit. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. I enjoyed the music & atmosphere of the restaurant. Everything was fresh & food was served quickly. We were grateful they had house made patty/bacon options.

Dang this place is incredible! The MNP Chicken Burger I got was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had (was pleasantly spicy but not overwhelming so if you like that heat you could definitely opt for the extra spice). Partner got the Juicy Lucy and that was also super delicious. The buffalo fries were incredible. And the wedge salad, THE WEDGE SALAD, was even great! All with incredibly kind and thoughtful service. Would be a regular at this spot if I lived here. Get all the sauces too. Go here without question.
