I cant even put into words how astonished I am of this place. Such wonderful, hot, and cheesy pizza. Not to mention, a kind staff. A man, Ryan, was extremely nice to us and satisfied all our needs… cheese melted into my mouth and felt like heaven— so peaceful and tasty. I would like to thank Pizza Hut, and pizza huts sweet staff (Specifically Ryan) for welcoming my sweet gypsy family into Pizza Hut, and making our overall experience GREAT! Since covid, my people (Irish gypsies) have been deeply discriminated against. But I felt at home when I saw a Caravan parked out the Pizza Hut. Thank you.

My fiend and i stopped in on Friday evening (Jan 6). First the good it’s a clean place, and the food came out hot! It tasted fresh. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately there is also a bad point. My friend and I asked for some crushed red pepper and grated cheese, and were told that due to COVID they can’t have it on the table, but they would sell us some for .99 cents each! First COVID restrictions were lifted in ’21, and every other restaurant since then has put condiments back on the table. Matter of fact I stopped in the one in Ballston Spa, about 25 miles away this afternoon

Came here thinking it was a dine in spot. Very few tables. More set up for pick up and delivery. Food was hot, and tasted good, but the experience was lacking.

Usually a great experience with curbside pick up. Most recent order made online sent the wrong info to the store and removed the 30% discount that was applied in my cart. Store employees claimed not to be able to correct the mistake. Zero effort to fix the mistake by the “manager in charge”
