So we have gotten blizzards a lot here. We live just a few minutes away. The past two trips the blizzards have been just vanilla ice cream half way down. I’m not sure how the process works on blending them. It isn’t been done correctly or we would have the candy all the way through. It was good but not what we wanted. People have been super nice each time, but the ice cream wasn’t right. We will go back at one point.

Whom ever owns this dairy queen we are trying to frequent but you need to fix your staff please. Hanging around in back like they’re hiding not wanting to work, with attitude when they do come out,, while on cell phones and then food quality when you do get something isn’t going to keep the lights on. Will try again in a few weeks and update, but this has to stop please.

We sat in line waiting to order for over 5 minutes and we were the only car there. They were out of sweet tea. They were out of gravy for the chicken strip basket so I ordered honey mustard instead. When I got my order, there was no toast as advertised with the meal, no honey mustard, and fries that were barely cooked. With my husband’s meal, it was $23 total. Oh! His drink didn’t even have any ice. Definitely not worth it. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

Waited in the drive through way too long. Got a simple 4 chicken strip meal and it took almost 20 mins in the drive through. Never told me the total till I was at the window and I think more than $10 for this is not right. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and hungry so I took the loss. Should have read the reviews

This is what they classify as a Blizzard. Employee said it is soft serve so it is going to be soft. I said I know what soft serve ice cream is but this is completely melted. She took it back to remake it but then gavee back the exact same one – not remade. My son had a Sundae, made with soft serve ice cream and his wasn’t melted and neither were the other two blizzards sitting on the counter waiting for the customer behind me. This used to be a good place to go, not any more. The service sucks and the food isn’t far behind.

Went to Olive Branch DQ..Purchased a LARGE sundae with extra extra caramel. Was charged extra for the extra caramel. Ended up getting a a SMALL sundae in a kid size cup with a few drops of caramel.literally just ice cream barely any fudge at all. I’d like my money back
