I used to love this place when it first opened a few years ago. Grabbed a couple sliders and was taken back by the price but the quality was exceptional and was wholly satisfied. Multiple visits left me a happy customer, but over time the quality has faded from what it once was. The last two stops at the Ferndale location have given me what seemed like microwaved chicken tenders and most recently the smallest chicken wings that could functionally be called chicken wings. I don’t usually but the chicken wing order was so deplorable I made a comment through the website if only to just log my displeasure with the meal and hope for improvement from the restaurant. These chicken wings were barely larger than a ketchup packet…. I was contacted promptly by the manager and he requested me call him back to provide additional details. I have left three messages over the last three weeks with no response. Poor quality food, poor customer service from a place that seemed to be doing everything right

Split tenders and a 2 double burgers for 20 bucks.. the burgers were flavorful and the fries were as well.. service was quick but I ordered on a weekday not sure about weekends but I’m not going to complain when my order was done in 10 minutes… FRIES SHOULD HAVE BEEN A BIT FRESHER but overall delicious

Disappointing. Ordered chicken tenders and sweet potato fries. Tenders were anything but- tough and hard to chew/swallow. Sweet potato fries were DELICIOUS but I received a tiny portion for $5.99. On the menu, it says the sweet potato fries are $3.99. Didn’t realize I was overcharged until I got home.

This place has a wide variety of sliders. I’ve tried most of them and they’re all good. The chicken tenders are great also. The one in Flint has a really great kind of root beer that isn’t on offer at the Ferndale location. The shakes are great. I really like the banana pudding special. Service here is quick and friendly. They’re efficient and organized. Food comes out pretty quickly considering they make everything fresh as you order it. Not a great place to hang out, but they do take out really well. It’s cheaper and fresher than many other local options…I’ll keep coming back.

A bit underwhelmed.. had the boxes 4 and 5. The meat was dry. Sweet potato fries were good.. Will try again… maybe the chicken fingers and the original savy slider…. staff was very nice, place is clean. Parking lot is small. Thinking staff parks there too rather than near by.
