I’ve been to this location several times during the lunch rush hour. Each time I grab lunch here, the spoonfuls seem to get smaller. If I’m going to pay $15 for a bowl, I’d like to receive enough food to make it worth it.

Will probably never go to this location again… each time the portions get smaller and smaller. Went today for probably the first time in 6 months and both mine and my husbands food were crazy small: my husbands bowl truly was not even filled halfway with food. Tried calling several times and complained online and no one has responded to me. Lame.

Asked for jus chips not queso , but was charged for it and didn’t even receive it. Issue isn’t much about being charged $1.60 extra. It’s the fact the girl had a whole stank face and attitude with everyone. I understand people have bad days but doesn’t mean you take it out on others. No napkins , forks , straws honestly practically anything was even put out it was empty and wasn’t even close to closing. Location is going down hill .

My family loves chipolte and we stopped in at this location in conroe at 105 and 45 as we walked in the trash cans are overflowing I considered maybe a busy rush I proceeded to make my order the lady was scraping burnt rice off the bottom of the pan to put in 1 of my 3 bowls I asked her to please get some fresh rice I waited then I ordered a steak and chicken bowl extra meat and when my bowl was made finally there were less than 10 pieces of combined meat I paid for extra meat and received less than a single serving I carried on to eat our meals and the drink area was a mess and many things were not available this has to be the absolute worst experience at a chipolte I have ever had save yourself and travel up the road to a different location this was horrible I will never be back

Went 8/23 around 8pm. Every single person in the front line lacked customer service. The majority of us customers in line were looking at each other with confusion on our faces. It was filthy and wasn’t busy enough to have it as dirty as it was. Not coming here again.

I stopped by this location at 9:54 PM since on their website it clearly informs it is open until 10:00 PM so as I walked up to the door I noticed two employees rushing to lock the door and looked at me straight in the face and continued to lock the door without even politely letting me know they were closed knowing well we still had a few minutes left until closing time. It is quite offensive and rude to be denied service.

The rice, beans, and barbacoa meat seemed to be more flavorful and cooked better ( beans were soft instead of a little crunchy) than other chipoltes I have been to. Will be stopping here again for sure.

I love Chipotle!! I love going there and getting a steak and carnitas bowl with double meat. I also love the chips and salsa. The service is great, everyone always has a smile on their face and is so willing to help. I try to go to Chipotle as much as I can.

Normally this location is fine but today it started off with the doors being locked at 6p on a Friday (think they were stuck ♂️). My burrito was wet because of bean juice and the young man on the condiments literally did full spoon fulls of sour cream where we had to scoop tons out to be edible. Then to top it off the tortilla chips were stale. Do better Chipotle
