Nice staff, and a chic-fil-a style ordering system while I waited (for not very long, mind you) in the drive thru line. Coffee was good (that foam) and came in clutch while I was in the area. Also really good for a sugar free mocha!

First time visiting, and I plan on coming back! There wasn’t a huge line, so I decided to stop by. The employees were really kind and offered suggestions for my next visit! As I waited for my coffee, the employee stayed at the window making conversation with me rather than ignoring me like most fast-food places will do. I ordered the annihilator and it was decent! My only issue is that the milk to coffee ratio wasn’t the best. So my coffee was more filled with milk and the taste wasn’t the best. I know a majority of coffee shops have their good and bad days, so I will be back to try again!

Just finally got to go to this location today and it was amazing!!!! Expectations exceeded by thousands of miles. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. I drove an hour and 15 minutes just for Dutch and I always will. I need more locations my way!!! Thank you to the Morristown Dutch bros. Keep up the great work y’all. We’ll get the word out about Dutch literally in no time.

For a first time beginner on their menu is a little intimidating. When it was my turn at the window to order I blurted out I have never been here and have no idea what’s what. The guy at the window said with a big smile I’m (sorry can’t remember his name) and you are. Well Jennifer he said welcoming me to DB. He began to explain the menu. I said there are people behind me and I don’t want to hold up the line. Don’t worry we are helping you right now and we will assist them after you get what you want. (paraphrasing a little) then a girl came to the window to welcome me as well. To make a long story short I went there having had an awful week and intimidated by their menu. However I left there smiling and laughing and feeling like I mattered to them. They both were friendly and went above and beyond for me. I also knew the people behind me would get the same customer service bc you can’t fake that. In other words I would go back and I have again. Almost makes you blind to their prices. Oh the second time I went the guy who took my order in the car line was no different. Hats off on your team’s customer service. You can honestly feel their warmth and sincerity. I wish I could remember these employees name because the need to be recognized. If I find their name out I will post them. Thank you for being a part of my day and making it brighter guys.

This is my daily stop at 5 am on my way to work. Everyone there is absolutely amazing. They really show the true definition of customer service. They engage in conversation as your drinks are being made. The fact they remember me by name and what I order is awesome! Hannah is who I mostly see and she has a way to putting a smile on my face first thing in the day! Go by and see them.

Have loved their coffee since day one!!! They are always friendly, and due to exact formulas, my coffee always tastes the same unlike Starbucks which is different every time you visit. We get the large Mocha Fleck every single day, and it’s always delicious!!! Sometimes the line is long, but it’s worth the wait and the price!!!! DB rocks and I’m so glad we have one in Morristown. It has quickly beat out all of the other coffee places in town for us.

The staff are always smiling and always friendly. If you havent been just ask they will give recommendations. You have got to look online for their FULL menu. Its massive and has a very wide range. Their coffee has never let me down and has always tasted amazing. Its my go to coffee shop in morristown! And those who like irish cream ans hazelnut they have a perfect coffee. Its call the nutty Irishman and is my go too!

I drove thru the window to purchase my coffee…. IT was great. I got a cup with caramel macchiato cream and it was delicious. They were packed that day..that’s usually a good sign of good business…or because they haven’t been there that long lol…The coffee was great though.
