Outlaws BBQ is located in Giddings Tx.. We started cooking in competitions over 25 years ago.. We decided to open a restaurant in 2019 to serve the public some award winning BBQ. We use oak wood to smoke all our meats. We offer Brisket, pork,sausage,ribs, Turkey and chicken..We have indoor and outdoor seating.. Outlaw Style Baby!!

If you want really good barbecue this is the place to be. Pulled pork was absolutely amazing. I wasn’t a fan of the sausage but they don’t lose any ratings for that it just wasn’t my thing. But I know a lot of people love the sausage.

Had the Rib plate special with the Outlaw corn and mac and cheese. The meat had a nice bark and tender as possible, the Outlaw corn is delicious and could be a meal on its own, and the Mac and cheese was pretty much standard fair. I really appreciated their outdoor seating and the extremely friendly folks working there. Will definitely stop there again.

We got here with less than 30 minutes before closing time due to being on a road trip and other places not being available. Understandably, they were short on some of their usual items. We ordered 2 Turkey Sandwiches and a 2-Meat Plate with Brisket and Sausage. The plate came with potato salad and coleslaw. We really enjoyed the food. It was good BBQ.

Passing through Giddings? Don’t pass Outlaw BBQ without stopping in, its absolutely delicious. We had “the sampler”. It came with your choice of 4 meats, 2 sides, bread, pickles and onions: add 2 bottles of water and some banana pudding for $36 and enough food for 2 people, SCORE.

Thoroughly enjoyed Outlaws Bbq. Their staff is friendly, the owner is a super cool guy. He came out and made sure everything was good and discussed the future plans with the restaurant. They have a huge outdoor area with partial covered seating and they have plans to have music, washers, and or corn hole tournaments on Sundays. Not only is the venue nice the food is excellent! The ribs are cooked perfectly and have a great flavor. They aren’t so tender that the fall off the bone, they have a slight give but not so much that the meat is dry. The baked potato salad is super flavorful, I’m not usually a mayonnaise based fan but this had possibly sour cream and cream cheese making it super creamy. Sausage isn’t homemade but they use a good local Texas brand. The brisket was a very good cut of meat not too fatty, cooked perfectly, and you could tear it with your hands. Could use a bit more smoke but tasty nonetheless. Highly recommend this place and excited for future events!

Such a great BBQ experience! We’re visiting from Canada and were super impressed. The staff are so friendly and the prices are reasonable, especially for the amount of food you get. We tried the brisket, sausage, pork and ribs and they were all fantastic. Our favourite sides were the Mac n cheese and tater salad. Highly recommend checking out this gem of a spot!

What a surprise!! My husband and I were traveling from College Station on our way to Victoria. We spotted this place for BBQ and Stopped. Ribs were outstanding best we’ve ever had. We also ordered chicken and sides. Everything was good. They have an awesome patio out back. The folks working there were super friendly. Hope to be back next time we pass through.

On our way to Austin and stopped by for lunch. Folks are so friendly, super welcoming and family pack was perfect amount for our group of 5. So tasty, bbq sauce on point, meats were so soft. This is a must!
