Ordered delivery meal for the family. It was missing items. I called them and they told me they were short staffed. Not sure why that matters for the order. It took a while to be delivered and I understand that. They told me that they would be in touch about the refund. It has been over a month. No update. Never going there again.

The “manager” on site at 9:30pm on 7/14/2023 was SUB PAR!! So rude and disrespectful. The online deal I ordered was incorrect which I totally understand was partially my mistake. However, I called to try and revise my meal and was told ok no problem at all I’ll let them know. Not only to receive my food and it be wrong and not what I asked for on my revised call. When I called back I was confronted with the RUDEST customer service ever. Belittling conversation and condescending tones by said “manager” were just not called for. Being told it was not her problem she didn’t know about it therefore not her issue she doesn’t sound to managerial to me. I understood my mistake and just wanted to be compensated for what I called to have revised and that was something she was incapable of doing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT! At least after normal business hours. Night management is just not cut out for a customer service and should not be running the store alone at night.

I walked in to this location to grab some dinner. I was checking out the menu and then decided on what I wanted and walked up to the counter. I then sat and watched the employees work in the kitchen for more then 5 minutes with no one making a move for the register.

Boneless Wings are as good as, if not better than, any other chain wing place. Be aware that their seasoned fries must have a significant amount of sugar on them, they are grossly over-sweet. Otherwise a decent place for a wing lunch combo.

My favorite employee Miracle (I may have spent it wrong) she is the sweetest woman there everytime I come I see that she’s the only one working at the night shift with like one other person. Walked into the “now open” location and got terrible service. Would not take our order as “walk ins” and would only accommodate online orders. So annoying. Lady’s were rude and not friendly. Will not go back especially with Qdoba, McAllisters and Jersey Mikes next door. Not the way to open a new location!

Service is not friendly and slow. Music is so loud you can’t hear the staff and they yell from the kitchen. Food is very slow. There is no public trashcan, so don’t try to eat in. Go to Wing Doozy across the street instead!
